Welcome To The (New) Machine
If you can read this, you are now reading Emergent Chaos on its new server. We’ve also upgraded to the 4.x train of MovableType. Let us know what you think. We’re also considering a site redesign, so let us know any feature requests or design suggestions. Thanks!
RSS feed works too, though this post had the p tags showing.
Everything looks good from here (no p tags in Google Reader, btw). RSS works, etc.

I’m getting p tags in Google Reader, FWIW.
Thanks for the feedback so far. Very much appreciated.
I would like very much a serif font, e.g. Georgia: the best for ease of reading.

Unless I am mistaken, the favicon is not working on pages or the RSS feed.
@Rick
I have no idea what you are talking about. It works fine for me ;-).
Thanks for the heads up. It’s been fixed.

It looks the same as before to me (which I presume is good for you). I, too, have been using MT 3.x am am planning to migrate to 4.x, in order to get the new “pages” feature and move my legacy static pages into MT for ease of maintenance. Are you using the same templates as in MT3? Did you modify them from the MT3 versions? Or did you recreate your style, starting from MT4 default templates?
@Edward Hasbrouck
We’re using the same templates as in MT3. I did a full DB dump export and then imported it into MT4 on the new server. MT automagically upgraded the database for me. I had to edit one template (the one generating index.rdf (RSS 1.0) due to an error it was generating, but aside from that it was all straight forward. Also had to separately copy the images directory and favicon since those aren’t stored in the DB.
