yes HIPAA may NOT be enforced at this time…
HOWEVER .. the Medical Cannabis Card Centers and Patient Pharmacies had better be aware that this is the camels nose in the tent for them. Dont respect HIPAA, and you will see interest from the fed in using HIPAA offensively to harass the medical cannabis field.
